Six Fat Men as of 16.10.11 - Part 1 Complete

I started another new project this week!!  It's the Six Fat Men Series from Lizzie Kate and I am stitching it on 14 count opalescent aida in Dragon's Evening Sky from Crafty Kitten Fabrics.  As soon as I got the fabric in the post I had to start stitching and here is the first Snowman complete.

I love the design and I love the way the colours pop out against the fabric.  I've got the second part of the series all ready and I hope to have the other four parts in the next few weeks and I will hopefully get the entire piece stitched before Christmas.

I also got a little under 700 stitches done on Train of Dreams and I was loving stitching it but just couldn't resist this new start.  Can't decide what to stitch on next so think I'll sleep on it and see how I feel tomorrow.

Just to update you on my previous posts about baby Isla, unfortunately she lost her battle and went to be an angel.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Your snowman looks great on that fabric.

Sorry to hear about baby Isla, I'm sure the kind thoughts sent are some comfort to her parents.

He looks great. I love that color fabby too!! Grats on the "finish," although I'm assuming you're doing them all on the same piece of fabby so it's not really a finish. Grats on the part finish, lol. I saw you were following my blog, so I had to come check you out!! Glad to have you along for the ride (although lately, there's been a lot of stress). Hopefully, it will get better soonest, and I'll be as happy as I used to be.
