Very pleased with my progress this week. The shells are not right and I am sure by the time I complete the other three sides I will have mastered them and will unpick these and try again but for now they are staying as they are.
Now for my confession - once again I have over spent my budget so I am backing down from the Stitch from Stash challenge. It's just not something I can do expanding my stash makes me happy and I can't seem to stop myself!
Keep stitching and smiling

This is sure to be a gorgeous project once completed!
It's looking great!
You're going well Nic. I haven't worked up the courage to start my Chatelaine and it's one of the easier looking ones (which means it's probably the hardest to stitch with my luck). I didn't join the stitch from stash as I knew I would be an epic failure in that so at least you had a go. All good sweets.

It looks stunning and such an interesting design. Stitching is supposed to make you happy. When you are not happy then you are doing something wrong. So don't feel bad about backing out.
