So I've not updated for a while because of a very intensive course I've been on with work, but over the past two weeks I have managed to get just over 2,100 stitches done on Believe. I've completed another four colours as I am doing all of one colour at a time on this one. So here are the four progress pictures for each colour added.
I love how the blues are coming together in the wings of the butterfly and as always seems to be the case the colours are so much more beautiful in real life. I'm not sure if my plan to not complete the enture background will work out but I am just going to carry on with the one colour at a time and see how it goes.

LOL! What a great way to complete this chart. Awesome progress. I love your fabric too by the way, it's perfect for this cross stitch. Great work congratulations.

Great progress - looking at it now (and I know I shouldn't say this) but with that gorgeous fabric you could have just stitched the butterfly and believe. I know it will look amazing which ever way you stitch. Over half way through your course now :) x
Thank you both.
Lou - If you look at the original picture there is a blue stripe across the middle in the background. I am going to try and see if I can get away with just doing this blue and not the rest of the background - but I agree with you I almost wish I hadn't started any of the background now.
I've always loved this chart. That fabbie is fab, Nic. :)
